Responsibilities:
• To translate/ edit contents for drama/ documentaries/ movies/
website content; ensuring all deadlines are met while producing the
highest quality.
• Work closely with supervisor and freelancers for assignments and delivery schedule;
• To proofread, review and correct own work as well as other
translators’ work, and ensure a consistently high standard is attained.
• Ensure the work from freelance translators are met the required quality;
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in
Linguistics, Translation and Interpretation or related field;
• Keen interest & understanding of drama, movies, documentaries, animation etc;
• Equipped with powerful linguistic skill in local languages (Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English).
• Linguistic skill in foreign languages such as Korean/ Japanese/ Indonesian/ Thai is an additional point;
• Ability to work under pressure and adjust activities to meet changing demands.
• Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail is a must;
• At least 1 year experience in translating content for drama & movies.
• Fresh graduates who have a passion for translation are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work on alternate Saturday.
• Able to work on night shift.
• Full-Time position available.
